The Company, formerly known as FX Real Estate and Entertainment Inc., is engaged in the development of location-based entertainment venues, initially focusing on the use of the intellectual property and technology relating to the SkyView observation wheel, for which Circle Entertainment has an exclusive license. The Company has disposed of the Park Central site and no longer has any material interest in it.
